Privacy & Data Requests
SwitchCut collects very little personal data — we run no accounts, logins, comment systems, or newsletter signups, so for most visitors there is nothing for us to hold. The main case where we have any personal data is when you email us, in which case we keep your message and address to reply and keep a record. You still have the right to ask what we hold and to have it corrected or deleted. To make a request under the GDPR, the CCPA, or a comparable privacy law, email hello@switchcut.com with the subject line "Data Request" and tell us what you'd like (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out). We respond within 30 days. Corrections Policy
Accuracy matters more to us than being right the first time. When a reader flags a genuine error, we verify it against current sources and fix it promptly, usually updating the article and its "last updated" date once the correction is confirmed. If a correction materially changes a recommendation, we say so in the article.
Editorial Independence
We publish comparisons of web hosting, CRM, and email marketing tools, and we fund the site through affiliate commissions. Those commissions never decide our rankings or what we recommend, and every article that contains an affiliate link carries an inline disclosure. If you reach out about a partnership, that context doesn't buy a better review — we'll tell you the same thing we tell readers. Response Time
Because we're a small team, expect a reply within 2 to 3 business days. Time-sensitive corrections are triaged first, and formal privacy or data requests are answered within 30 days as described above. If your message is urgent, mention that in the subject line and we'll do our best to move it up the queue.
